Returns & Refunds

You can return any products bought in our online shop if you are not fully satisfied. You can return the products within 14 days of receipt. All products have to be in their original condition including their packaging and labeling. Please note that we can't refund any return costs for shipment or packaging.

As soon as we have received the return shipment you will get a full refund.

If you receive a faulty product, we want to apologize and will send you a free replacement as soon as possible. Simply send us an email at info@divenisco.com

Return Procedure

Please send us an email at info@divenisco.com with the reason for return. After that we will send you a postal address and further instructions.

Please pack your parcel carefully to avoid any damage, we cannot accept an item if it is damaged during transit to us. You can order a trackable, insured service as we can't take responsibility for parcels, which lost in transit.

When we have received your return items, we will inspect them and process the refund within 3 days. You will be informed when we have processed the refund.
